Who responds
Your email is read by a member of the advisory team — not routed through a customer service layer or an automated tool. The person who reads your first email is familiar with the full range of situations Errored Coin handles and can make an initial assessment before responding.
What happens after you write
We respond within one business day. If your situation appears to be within the scope of what we handle, we will ask a small number of follow-up questions. We will tell you honestly at this stage whether we are the right fit or whether a different type of advisory is more appropriate. There is no obligation to proceed further.
